Jonathan has been a regular fixture of the Cape Town music scene for well over half a decade, through various projects including The Fractals, Mountainside Studios & Mountainside Sessions, and most recently his work as Jonathan Stephen Simons. He recently released his debut album as JSS, “To Change The Weather”, so we sat down to chat about the last few years, life as a professional musician in Cape Town, the intention behind his song writing, the Wednesday Green Room Sessions, and plans for the future!
